1991-1995 MR2 Turbo Drop In Xona Rotor Turbo Upgrade by NixSpeed
Not just another ported or modified CT26/20b, introducing the CTXona turbo! This custom turbo housing is made to bolt up to the stock manifold as well as the stock downpipe but houses the Xona turbo. This turbo upgrade includes the oil feed and drain AND the coolant connections with an option OEM gasket kit available.
It may look stock enough to pass visual but this setup is capable of 400+whp with supporting modifications for your 2nd or 3rd gen MR2!
Because this custom housing is made to bolt to the stock manifold and downpipe, this means you can use your aftermarket downpipe and intercoolers setup, as long as they are made to work with the stock CT2x turbo (CT26/CT20b/CT21/CT27/etc.). No custom intercooler piping or custom downpipes needed! The Xona also has a built in filter so you there is no need to run an additional external oil filter. Note that you will need an intake of 3” as opposed to the stock 2.75” piping.
Don’t forget to specify your wastegate spring as well.
If you don’t quite need 400+whp and want slightly better spool, check out the CTX28.
Note: turbo requires the use of a bpv/bov. Nixspeed Racing can take no responsibility for any situation where a bypass or blowoff valve is not present.
