1999-2013 Sierra/Silverado T4 Single Turbo Kit by Huron Speed
*Fits 2wd, 4wd, AWD, 1500 and 2500, 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L trucks!
New updates to the 1999-2013 GM Silverado 5.3L Truck T4 single kit:
*Updated crossover. This is a 2-piece design featuring a new design double-slip connection. This style of connection allows expanding and contracting without leaking allowing for some movement as well as a very easy installation and alignment to the manifolds. Not to mention improved ground clearance and no worries of a flex section failure.
*DP connection tubes for OEM catback connections now! The previous kits would only supply a connection tube for the newer style ball flange from GM, we now offer 2 styles as an option if you wish to add one in, the ball style as well as the earlier 2-bolt connection. 99-07 classic body style with the 2-bolt flange or 09-13 new body with the ball/socket clamp style.
New updates to the cold-side:
*Much more simplified routing. Previous design would route under the frame to the intercooler and required different versions to fit classic and newer body styles. The new design wraps around the radiator and fits BOTH classic and newer body style trucks!
*All of your MAF or No MAF needs! Now included ia a very simple connection piece in so you can fit up any of your needs for MAF or Speed Density. The couplers are inlcuded if needed, if you wish to retain the older barrel style MAF. Also a section to use the newer card style MAF. Lastly a section with a threaded IAT sensor bung if you wish to go Speed Density, all of your bases are covered!
*Cleaner look! Cold side tubing features a very nice and clean look in the engine bay, opposed to the old style that would quickly get lost. Understanding functionality is most important, but to also look good doing it!
*Solution to the expansion tank! Previously the OEM coolant expansion tank would get in the way of cold side routing with the many designs available. This was solved by simply removing the OEM expansion tank (which is extremely ugly under the hood as well) and replacing with a very nice fabricated aluminum overflow tank. With a now included new radiator fill area that easily installs in the upper radiator hose to clean everything up and give a lot more room for a clean cold-side install!
*Cold side! The cold-side was designed to work on both Classic body style trucks and Newer 07.5-13 body style truck. This means if you ever change trucks that happens to be the different body, everything will swap right over! Or if for some reason you need to let go of your turbo kit, your market to sell to will be greatly increased! Did we mention it also all bolts right up and fits the T6 hot-side? That’s right, the cold side now fits and includes everything needed to fit Both the T4 and the T6 hot-sides, as well as Classic and NNBS Body Styles!
*Accessories. Kits still include everything you need to set up the oil feed and return on the turbo, all of your gaskets for the turbo and new v-band copper O-ring gaskets, coolant hose extensions, Large 4″ intake tube with very large 4″ filter, Blanket for your turbo, and more heat protection such as a full roll of heat wrap for anything you may need!

Features & Benefits of the Huron T4 Truck V4 Intercooled turbo kit:
*Extra thick .120 wall stainless steel turbo manifold will have no issues holding up to the high heat and weight of the turbocharger. Worries about cracking manifolds is a thing of the past!
*Wastegate port is in the line of flow at the front of the manifold which will collect exhaust gasses from the entire system (both banks) as well as using a larger 44mm flange to control boost. No need to worry about boost creep issues!
*Wastegate tube features a nice bellow in line for an easy install and alignment of the wastegate recirc. with the downpipe for the recirculating WG discharge!
*No flex is used in the crossover pipe for worry of blowing. Added double slip to allow easy alignment, seal, and connection to the manifolds.
*Recirculating the WG Discharge into the downpipe is a STANDARD feature!
*Bungs for Primary O2 Sensors AND for a wideband O2 with plug is a STANDARD feature!
*System as a whole was made to provide a clean looking install, using great materials, built to make for an easy install without having to fight aligning pipes together along with easy to install v-band clamps. Boost control with a proper wastegate placement was high on the list to prevent boost creep.
*Cold Side and Intake Tubing made from Aluminum provide clean filtered air intake for the turbocharger as well as from the intercooler into the throttle body.
*Cold Side Tubing features a 50mm BOV flange and provisions to run any of the 3 MAF Setups (Barrel style for earlier year trucks, Card style for later year trucks, and No MAF w/ external IAT sensor bung for those running Speed Density.
*Included fabricated Coolant Overflow tank and Fill Tee removes the OEM expansion tank to allow for more room and a cleaner installation.
**Retains factory Air Conditioning, may require some minor massaging to OEM hardline near the dryer depending on year OR add on our Custom A/C Line for better clearance around your downpipe!
**Intercooler and cold-side piping installation requires movement of Trans-cooler, and minor trimming possible to grill and 2 ears on bumper to fit the intercooler depending on your year. Bracket included to add a larger Tru-Cool transmission cooler under the Intercooler *recommended to replace the OEM*

***99-02 trucks may require some minor modifications to the cold-side to fit. Spaces are much tighter on the 99-02 trucks on the grill and headlights. We recommend 99-02 trucks opt for the 3″ intercooler and expect some minor tweaks to the cold-side.
