2018-2022 Kia Stinger 3.3TT TK700 Stage 3 Ball Bearing Turbo Upgrades
You were drawn to the 2018-2022 Kia Stinger 3.3TT because of it's sleek lines, athletic handling, and practicality, but did you know that lurking under the skin of your stealthy sports sedan is a tire shredding supercar? TurboKits.com has engineered the ONLY BIG Wheel, BIG Shaft, BIG Power, DROP IN, BALL BEARING turbo upgrade available for the mighty Twin Turbo power plant! Our exclusive Ball Bearing center housing is precision crafted for precise fitment, durability, and performance. Extensive R&D and testing has proven the meager stock turbo shafts are inadequate for supporting high boost levels, faster shaft speeds, or larger diameter wheels, so the need to “reinvent this wheel” was crucial for our quest of 600+ wheel HP. This drop in, bolt on package checks all the boxes for your upgrade!
The Stinger is a Head-i-Fold motor, so the "manifold" or exhaust ports merge inside the head. The turbine housing is stock on these turbos, but ported. The goal was create a solid go between from stock turbos and the BIG turbo kits. 600WHP, bolt in place, just like factory turbos, so they do not require you to change any of the mods you already have (ie. intake, intercooler piping, downpipes, etc). The current version runs a dual ball bearing center section with twin turbine end piston rings, which has all but solved the smoking / oil issue when people go high flow CAT with the stock-based turbos. 615WHP on 93 w- Meth Injection capable. Customers with E85 have seen closer to 650WHP. Fitting perfectly between the stock turbo capabilities and the big turbo kits. Goal nailed!
TurboKits.com Ball Bearing Turbo Upgrade advantages:
• Dual Ball Bearing- Faster spool, more power per pound of boost
• V3.0 Bearing Housing- Reduced Bearing Noise, Improved Oil Flow
• Drop In, Bolt On!
• Large Diameter Shaft- Ultimate reliability and performance
• Dual Turbine Piston End Rings
• Billet Aluminum Compressor Wheels
• Meticulously Ported Housings
• 600 WHP + Proven!
Fitment:
• 2018-2022 Kia Stinger 3.3TT
• 2018-2022 Genesis G70 3.3TT
Notes:
*Tuning & Supporting Mods
**615WHP/594WTQ E30 Mix, Water Meth @ ~24 PSI
***Head Studs highly suggested for more than 22 PSI.
****Main Studs require slight clearancing on oil pump housing
*****Light smoking is common on 100% flow through set ups, same as the stock turbos, although reduced greatly, can still occur. This is NOT a turbo issue, but a pressure differential issue with the motor and oiling system.
