Unique Integrated Filter-to-Housing Intake Design:
Quantum uses an integrated filter-to-housing design by attaching both components with 4 captive screws for a positive surface area seal and quick and easy install. Quantum’s Roto-molded housing features a unique, 5 rib industrial grade look for long lasting durability and aFe quality recognition.
Quantum Pro DRY S Performance Air Filter:
Filter Media-Equipped with our oil-free, 360-degree radial flow air filter with 3-layers of progressive synthetic media provides optimum flow, protection and cleaning convenience. Filter Construction-Specifically designed for the Quantum Series intake systems with injection molded base and top for lighter weight and rigidity. Captive screws are used to eliminate lost hardware and to securely fasten to housing. The base includes a built-in, 3-angle velocity stack for smooth, even airflow. Inverted top filters offer more surface area for longer life and an exceptional look.
Dyno Tuned Intake Tube:
Quantum uses a dyno tuned, CAD-designed intake tube to achieve optimum air flow and is made from high impact, XLPE material for heat soak resistance and durability while maintaining a perfect fit.
Silicone Bellows Coupling:
The Quantum Intake System includes a silicone, bellows coupling to absorb excessive engine movement and is flexible for a secure and easy install. Quantum intakes are designed with fewer parts for a quick and simple installation.
Hassle-Free Installation:
This is a direct fit intake system that utilizes factory mounting points and requires no cutting or modifications. All clamps, couplings, and hardware are included for hassle-free installation.
