The Blitz Wastegate Actuator upgrade for the 2008-2009 Evo X is a great remedy to a common complaint among Evo X brethren. While the Evo X is impressively tuned from the factory, those that closely monitor boost pressure will notice a significant taper as the engine approaches redline, resulting in less top end pull and lower peak power output. To address this issue, Blitz has developed their fully adjustable upgraded wastegate actuator. This is not a 'universal' style actuator, but an application specific upgrade tested and tuned on the Evo X to hold safe and consistent boost with an easy and direct bolt-on installation. Evo X owners running stock ECU controlled boost will see more stable top-end boost and experience a much harder pull all the way to the rev limiter.
