Lower weight means stronger high RPM performance, freer revving and quicker engine response. These rods work great for NA, supercharged and moderately boosted turbo engines. If you're building a killer NA engine for 200+ whp and 9000+ rpm these are the rods for you. At 465g each they are 15% lighter than stock rods.
