Fits all OEM 5.9L Dodge Cummins exhaust manifolds from 2003-2009 as well as most of the aftermarket exhaust manifolds.
Designed for ease of installation and durability in mind. This blanket installs in minutes without having to pull the turbocharger.
Rated to handle up to 2400°F of internal direct heat. The 6 lb density 1 inch ceramic mat internally takes the brunt of all the heat coming off the exhaust manifold, cutting down up to 90% of the heat from the manifold itself.
Not only does the heavy density ceramic act as a such a great insulator of heat, where you can place your hand on the blanket an not fry your skin off, but it also acts as a fantastic sound barrier. The blanket will cut down both heat and noise coming from the exhaust manifold.
