Hellion Power Systems is a turbocharger specialist with one goal – produce and develop the finest bolt-on turbo kits in the industry and back that with outstanding customer service. Since 2004, the company’s core business has been building record setting turbo systems and keeping customers at the forefront of turbocharging technology.
This new generation kit is capable of 600 to 2000 rwhp! 2015+ F150 performance will be taken to the next level! We have been working on this new system for some time, and the results have been above and beyond our wildest expectations. We have built an all new kit, a full redesign. This new F150 system takes the attributes of our already record breaking “Sleeper” kit, and applies them to the up and coming F150 market. This system fits the 15-23 F150– 2×4 or 4×4– any cab configuration, and comes standard with the legendary Hellion 62/62R ball bearing turbochargers. This standard combination can make well over 1200 rwhp. If higher than 1200 is desired, multiple turbo options are available depending on your power goals. The 64/66R option can take you well over 1600. The air inlets route all the way up to the factory air box (filters can be placed right on turbocharger if chosen, the choice is yours!). Designed for all weather conditions, this all-in-one kit can take your F150 to the next level.
This system is 100% true bolt on with no cutting. Unlike other systems that have been known to have engine bay heat issues, this kit mimics the factory placement of the turbochargers next to the engine (EcoBoost design). With this placement, making killer power and having confidence in a daily driven truck is now a possibility.
As far as performance, there are built trucks going 60-130mph in only 3.99 seconds with only 22 psi!! That is well into the 8’s for a 1/4 mile time.
Will be equipped with:
- Twin Hellion 62/62r dual ball bearing turbochargers standard (64/66r, 68/70r optional)
- 4 into 1 tubular headers (optional, recommended for over 1000 rwhp)
- High flow 5″ intercooler standard
- Dual Turbosmart Comp Gate 40 wastegates
- Raceport blow off valve
- All stainless tubing with v-band connections (lifetime warranty)
- OEM fit and finish
- Comes with built in electric cutout for maximum power at the flip of a switch!
- As with all Hellion kits everything is supplied including an exhaust connection to the cat back (No open downpipes that need welding to be complete)

Certain California Vehicle Code sections prohibit the advertising, sale, offering for sale, or installation of any add-on or modified aftermarket part for on- or off road highway vehicles that modifies a California vehicles emission control system unless it is exempted by CARB.
Hellion is currently working with SEMA in development of CARB certified systems for the 2018 F150 and 2018 Mustang GT system. Upon approval, these systems will be available in California. At this time no Hellion products are available for sale or use in California.
